<p> Housing Connections LLC is a Housing Supports agency dedicated to assisting Medicaid members who need support finding and maintaining stable housing.</p>
<p>We help eligible clients navigate housing challenges by providing personalized housing assistance, connecting them with available resources, and supporting them through the process of securing safe and appropriate housing.</p>
<p>Our agency works to bridge the gap between individuals and the housing resources they need. We understand that each person’s situation is different, which is why we provide individualized support based on each client’s goals, needs, and circumstances.</p>
<p>At CB Housing Connections LLC, our mission is to empower Medicaid clients by helping them overcome housing barriers and take steps toward greater housing stability and independence.</p>
